Regupol® AG

Regupol® AG is one of the most demanded athletic track surfaces in BSW, satisfying the most demanding market needs (See Information Source). You can see evidence by the many sports stadiums around the world that have trusted them. Formed by prefabricated rolls, the base layer of Regupol® AG is adhered to the subbase using a unique polyurethane adhesive (PUR). The EPDM rubber granules that make up the wear layer are embedded in a liquid polyurethane layer to achieve a continuous sports surface.

As the main advantage, Repugol offers great homogeneity resulting in the prefabricated elastic layer, which BSW achieves thanks to the strict quality standards during its manufacture. All this translates into a surface with identical thickness and physical characteristics.

Regupol® Kombi

Regupol® Kombi is the ideal multi-purpose sports lining for training, school sports, fashion sports and volleyball and basketball courts. Prefabricated double-layer rolls are quickly and easily place on asphalt and other bonded subbases. Its reduction in strength is somewhat less than indicated in the standard. Regupol® Kombi is the option of choice for fastball sports that require the best possible rebound properties.

The prefabricated Regupol® Kombi has the same thickness as a whole and therefore offers a homogeneous elasticity. The individual rolls can be manufacture and combined in different colors, which makes it possible to create colors with low-cost contrast specially designed for players with reduced vision.

Regupol® EPDM Safety Tiles

The EPDM Regupol® safety tiles allow the creation of decorative sports and game areas of the highest quality through the use of intense and durable colors. They offer the same functional properties as Regupol® elastic tiles. Thus you can easily create sports and leisure areas by mixing matching colors, as well as smooth colored surfaces.

PLAYFIX®

Playfix® is the ideal continuous floor covering for shock protection. It applies onsite directly. Its versatility and the variety of its designs are second to none. The Playfix® safety surface can be applied on smooth, curved or inclined surfaces to create varied play areas. Playfix® adapts even to the smallest irregular areas and thus creates a smooth and continuous safety surface. Thanks to its water permeability, Playfix® can be reused immediately after rain.

Application areas: Playgrounds for children, outdoor swimming pools, schoolyards, etc., provided there is a high risk of injury from falling.

EVERROLL®

Everroll® for Fitness, sports. Everroll®: is our versatile elastic rubber surface, use in thousands of fitness centers, sports facilities, trade fair pavilions, and sales areas around the world. We manufacture our Everroll® products using a combination of different elastomers that give them an excellent level of flexibility and wear resistance.

These properties make Everroll® the ideal surface coating for areas exposed to high mechanical loads. In addition to protecting the joints and ligaments, it also has outstanding anti-slip characteristics.

Everroll® absorbs the impact force of objects that can fall to the ground, such as dumbbells, thus preventing damage. Everroll® supports the load of fitness equipment placed on the ground and prevents them from slipping.

DECOELAST®

The new Decoelast® surface coating system combines a continuous decorative polyurethane coating with an elastic acoustic absorption layer. BSW has developed Decoelast® to unify the softness and sound absorption qualities of the textile floor covering with the advantages offered by plastic surface coatings. This floor covering is easy to clean. Decoelast® provides a continuous sealed surface that repels liquids and dirt equally.
